Topsy Toffee is a homemade specialty toffee. The toffee is made in small batches from my mother's recipe book to keep the integrity of freshness and flavor. The product has the highest standard of natural ingredients. There are no artificial ingredients, flavors or dyes in the toffee. Topsy Toffee is a local, fun, fresh product made here in Jacksonville that you can take on your adventure around town. Topsy, the kayaking girl on the logo, represents getting back in nature on the St. John River. The toffee itself is silver almonds with toffee then a layer of chocolate with ground pecans on top.
